Envio Energi can deliver a wide range of bio-fuel energy systems within an effect range of 2 to 40 megawatts thermal (MWth). Each combustion process is specifically designed to meet the demands of our clients. Heat generated can be used to produce hot water, steam, electrical power, hot air and even chilled water for use in manufacturing processes and heating/cooling systems. Our combustion systems can operate on a wide range of solid bio-fuels of varying moisture contents.

Cogeneration (CHP) plants produce low to high pressure steam to actuate a turbine and generator set for the production of electrical power (MWe). Electrical power generated (MWe) is typically 20% to 25% of the total thermal (MWth) output of the facility. Residual heat after power production can be used as low pressure steam or hot water for chilled water generation, other manufacturing processes or district heating/cooling.

Energy systems are delivered in one of three typical configurations:
For applications where only hot water for heating or other processes is required.
For the production of low to medium pressure steam. Residual heat can be used for hot water production.
